Our Mission

The staff at Enchanted Beauty Spa strive to provide you with a world-class salon experience. The policies below allow us to furnish a relaxing, positive atmosphere at the best salon in Mendota Heights, MN.

Our policy is to protect your rights and guarantee your satisfaction with the services we provide. It is not affected by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Before Your Service

To allow us to provide a quality service as efficiently as possible, please:

  • Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving service.
  • Provide feedback during your service so our staff can satisfy your requirements right away.
  • Inform staff or the salon manager immediately of any concerns about the salon, staff, or service.
  • Notify us if you suspect infection or any abnormal reaction concerning your nails.
  • Enchanted Beauty Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
  • Prices are displayed on the price list — please confirm before your service begins.

Appointments & Scheduling

Book by phone at (651) 454-8000, or visit us at 772 N Plaza Dr, Mendota Heights, MN 55120.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to enjoy your full service time.
  • Late arrivals will be completed within the original time slot at the original price.
  • Mention add-ons (designs, soak-off, etc.) when booking so we can prepare accordingly.
  • Group events of more than 3 require a deposit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service.

Cancellation & No-Show

We understand schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice by phone if you must cancel.

We allow one no-show appointment. Any subsequent no-show or no-call will require payment of 50% of the missed service before a new appointment can be booked.

Methods of Payment

We accept cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards.

  • $10 minimum applies to credit card payments.
  • A 2% convenience fee is added by the card processing company.
  • Gratuities are greatly appreciated.

All Services Are Final Sales

No cash refunds will be given after your service is complete. Please review the following carefully:

  • Prices and charges are displayed on the price list — please confirm before your service.
  • Walking out the door confirms you accept and are happy with your service.
  • If you are unhappy with your nails, let us know before you pay — we will adjust or remove any enhancement.
  • No refund is given for a simple change of mind.
  • We will redo any service at no cost if notified immediately after the service.
  • If unsatisfied after a redo, follow our Customer Complaint Procedure: write to us with the reason and photo evidence of the fixed nails.

Wedding & Special Occasions

Enchanted Beauty Spa loves helping clients prepare for special occasions. A credit card is required to reserve any special occasion appointment.

Cancellations within 48 hours prior, or no-shows, will be charged the full amount of the service.

Surveillance

For safety purposes, our premises are monitored with Digital Video Surveillance at all times.

Children in the Salon

We love children and they are always welcome. For their safety, please have children wait in the reception area with adult supervision.

Children must be supervised and seated with their parents. You are liable for any damage caused by your children. Please help keep our space calm by ensuring children don't run, yell, or cry.

Animals in the Salon

Per State of Minnesota codes, no animals of any kind are allowed in the salon — even if contained in a pet carrier.

Service animals are always welcome.

Medical Disclosures

Please inform our staff of any medical conditions before service, including but not limited to:

  • Pregnancy
  • Extreme skin sensitivities
  • Allergies
  • Current medications

Service Guarantee

We want you to be thrilled with every service and product. All services are guaranteed and your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not satisfied, we welcome the opportunity to make it right with a complimentary adjustment.

Please contact us within 48 hours of your original appointment to schedule an adjustment. The guarantee does not apply if the guest changes the look agreed upon during consultation.

In-salon product purchases must be returned unopened with receipt within 7 days for exchange. Enchanted Beauty Spa does not guarantee services provided by independent contractors.

Remember — nails are jewels, not tools.

  • Gel polish manicures guaranteed for 5 days; dipping & enhancements for 7 days.
  • If you notice chips or lifting, call us to schedule a free repair with the original color.
  • You must arrange the repair appointment within 5 days of your initial service.
  • Repairs after the guarantee period for breakages, tears, or corner breaks will be charged.
  • Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for infected nails. (Our tools are thoroughly disinfected and available for inspection.)
